When the shoe stops you

I always think at the start of a marathon.
From 1 January to now I have only 35km of racing over the last year I was about 100km, they are late.

I bought water safety, not a shark (a tuna would say) but my 50 tanks (2.5 km) in style without I make peace with cramps, so far only 14 consecutive, the others are all 100m with 20sec recovery.
Cycling I need only to do so many miles, but it is still early, around March we will also start to pedal well.
So I decided to take a 2 week training in swimming and also the second bike, reporting a 3 or 4 race. least until March, when I finish Rome, my 14th marathon, where I will not try more pb, what is right, Rome is now becoming a race 'tourist', not a race pb.
In truth it has never been to pb, but this year even less, then a few days will tell me your on this.
One long expected, around 34km of Lake Bracciano. Today I reflected as I ran about what I like to run, rather than swimming or cycling.
